1. How do I place an order on Gents Hubb?
Placing an order on Gents Hubb is easy:

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over ৳1,500 within Dhaka city. For orders outside Dhaka, shipping charges will apply based on the delivery location.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the courier service.
If you haven’t received tracking details or need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we’ll help you out.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Dhaka City: Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

Outside Dhaka: Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on the location.
You’ll receive an email or SMS with the expected delivery date once your order has been shipped.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. To return a product:

It must be in unused, unworn, and original condition.

The item should be returned within 7 days of receiving it.

Items must have their original packaging and tags intact.
Please contact us to initiate a return, and we will guide you through the process. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. If the item is available in your desired size or color, we will process the exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Yes, we offer Gents Hubb Gift Cards. These cards can be used for purchases on our website and make great gifts for friends and family. You can choose the value of the card at checkout.
Gift cards are sent via email immediately after purchase.
